Throwback Thursday – 365 days
It has been two years since my life changed forever. That was a rough day.
God is still good, compassionate, gracious, loving and kind. He has continued to work in my life. I have peace and joy. I smile when I think of my son. He would be glad for that. He brought smiles with him wherever he went
This poem still applies. Just change the number from 365 to 730.
365 Days
It was 365 days ago today that our world changed.
It seems like yesterday
It seems like forever
On that morning 365 days ago,
We went from sleeping peacefully
To a loud knocking at the door
From letting the cop come in
To wishing we could make it all go away

YOUR POEM GIVES ME A LOT OF HOPE. MY SON WOULD HAVE HAD HIS 21ST BIRTHDAY IN WEEKS. WONDERING HOW TO CELEBRATE WITHOUT HIM HERE.
