I write about my life, my journey, my family, and my faith.
I am wife to one, mom to seven with one in heaven, and grandmother to many. I am also full-time caregiver to my stepmom E who suffers from dementia due to Alzheimer’s.
In my spare time I like to read, travel, crochet, bike, and play with our black pug Molly.
This verse gives us a hint of the purpose in our struggles: we are to reach out to others and use it as a platform to share our faith. Of course, that is easier said than done, when we are reeling from loss, grief and/or illness. I like to think of it as a tag-a-long with Psalm 126:5-6, “Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy. He who goes out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with him.”

Kathleen, I had to click on the little icon to see the picture, and I’m so glad I did. I love that passage.

My first attempt at using Canva app. I’m not quite sure of how to make it work.
PS. I hate learning new software/apps!
