Father,
Thank you for loving me enough to send Your Son that I might be grafted into the vine and become Your daughter. In being adopted as Your child, I get to walk in Your grace, power, redemption, love, healing, forgiveness, justice, truth, kindness, compassion and mercy. Help me to not forget all You have done for me.
Amen
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved.

The Accident was on August 12, 2013. For months the 12th brought me to tears. Then, about a year later, I decided to choose gratitude and healing rather than sorrow.
This month, I am taking the “Thanksgiving Challenge” and am posting Twelve Things I Am Grateful for in November each day for thirty days.
