FEAR

Fear.

A four letter word.

I hate it!

But those of us who have experienced this tragedy live with fear.

Not as others do, for they may fear the unknown.

We fear what we know.

We fear losing another child.

Yet, even in the midst of tragedy, scripture is still true.

God is still compassionate, gracious, loving, and kind.

He still walks beside us.

He will never leave us.

He still tells us to fear not.

In Him, we can know peace.

Joshua 1:9 ESV

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Isaiah 41:10 ESV

Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Psalm 34:4 ESV

I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.
