Rather than stocking up my pantry and fridge, I cleaned them out a bit. Here’s what we had for lunch. It was yummy!!
1 box Zataran’s Jambalaya1 box uncle Ben’s wild rice1 lb browned ground beef1 lb smoked sausage2 zucchini cut in small cubes and sautéed4 stalks celery chopped1 bunch green onions chopped1 can tomato sauce1 can Rotel mild1 can chopped tomatoes
Cook rice as directed.
Throw everything in a pan. Simmer about 20-30 minutes until heated through.
